1996–2008 – For 12 years we unite knowledge, experience and power

1996 — On January 31, 2006 was founded Law Firm “Business Consulting” (Co Ltd). It was organized to provide legal services, according to the license #59МЮ027787 (issued by the Administration of Justice of Perm region).

1999 — In order to provide a full range of services (from the moment client comes to the company to the moment of debt recovery) in September, 1999, Firm “Slavyanskiy” (Co Ltd) was set up. The main goal of Slavyanskiy is to sell forfeited, arrested or unowned property, according to court decisions or resolutions of other authorized state authorities after auction, on commission or other contractual basis.

2001 — According to the research results of rating agency Expert RA, Business Consulting is in the list of 100 top consulting companies in Russia. By the end of 2007 Business Consulting together with an Audit company “Ekurservice” were on the 7^th place in the Rating of Auditing and Consulting Companies in the Ural region, and 61^st in Russia.

2001 — To improve the quality and number of providing services in April, 2001 Law Firm “Business Consulting” created an affiliated company with the same name in Yekaterinburg. Business Consulting (Yekaterinburg) provides a full range of legal services on the territory of city Yekarerinburg and Sverdkovsk region. Among these services are: court disputes, corporate disputes, tax consulting, support of a deal, legal servicing of different companies, debt collection, bankruptcy and legal expertise. Business Consulting unites knowledge and professionalism of many qualified specialists.

2002. — July 14, 2002, trademark Law Firm “Business Consulting” was registered in Federal Service for Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks (Rospatent).

2004 — To offer a full range of services on major projects, Business Consulting forms an affiliated company Kapital Ocenka in March, 2004. The main goal of this company is evaluation of any type of property, business, property and non-property rights.

2007 — Business Consulting enacted the Corporate Code. It describes ethical and business principles of the firm.

2007 — Business Consulting concluded an arrangement of partnership with the leader of juridical consulting in Russia – Gorodissky & Partners (Moscow).
